This set of links allow you to administor the Articles on your site.
Unapproved Articles
The first link is the "Unapproved Articles". This link will take you to the page to view/edit/delete/approve individual unapproved articles.

Ping New Articles Link
What this does is send a ping to the top 3 blogging sites (Technorati, weblogs.com and pingomatic.com) to notify them your site has new content. They can then spider your site.
Don't use this until you've approved all the articles you are going to approve for the day. If you ping them after each approved articles, your site will probably be banned by all three! Again, only ping the weblogs AFTER you are finished approving articles for the day!!!!
View Approved Articles Link
This list of previously approved articles has the same options as the unapproved articles links as shown in the video above.
List Delete Unapproved Articles
This will allow you to Delete many unapproved articles at one time, rather than going thru each individual article. There are just some articles you can already tell are not what you want on your site, and this option will allow you to weed out those bad articles.
List Approve Articles
Using this will allow you to approve many articles at one time and accourding to which ones you check to approve.
Create New Article
As admin, you can manually enter an article. You can assign this article to an account you created or to any other author's account.
Find An Article
By using this option, you can search using any part of an article text to find matches which you can then edit/approve/unapprove/delete.
Keyword Approve Articles
This will approve articles to certain categories based on a list of keywords.
Keyword Delete Articles.
Great for removing all the spam articles at one time by entering a keyword (such as pharmcy, replica watches etc). You can search by article title, body & author resource
View Articles By Category
You can choose a category and view a list of all the articles in that category. Also allows you to delete multiple articles and/or move multiple articles to different categories.
Search/Dupe Content
This is an onboard dupe content finder that finds duplicates searching by title and article body. It also allows you to search for the article thru the 5 top search engines at the same time or individually.
Dupe Deleter
Finds and removes duplicate articles that the author may have submitted with one having the same body text but a different title.
Statistics
A very general list of statistics such as new author today, total articles etc.
