Author Countries List
When an author signs up at your site, he/she is given a list of countries to choose from that they live in.
Under the "Settings" heading of the left admin nav links is the "Add/Edit Countries" link. This link allows you to add/edit/delete countries shown in that dropdown list of countries to authors at signup
The countries list is pre-filled, but it is not a complete list of ever country. Feel free to add any missing countries through the link.
