Problems

You may run into gliches now and then, and we request you let us know if you find something that isn't
noted on this page!
On rare occasions, you may see that after submiting articles or author accounts, you end up at a blank page. This is not actually an error, but it means the browser timed out. The script for submittting will continue submitting even if the browser does time out, so all your author/articles will be sent without a problem. If you try to get back into your admin and can't, please wait for the script to finish, and then you will have access to your admin section again.
If you ever get a license invalid error, please go to This Page for instructions on how to reset your license. Resetting usually is required when you move your site or change the site's IP number.
Site Connection Error Email. If you recieve an email from your Article Blaster Pro site stating that a site(s) could not be connected to, it could be due to several reasons. The site owner may have removed the plugin for accepting articles from you, or the site owner may have moved their site. It could also mean the site owner sold, or lost the domain. Most likely it means there is an issue connecting to their site due to fsockopen or cURL being deactivated. The site owner will also get an email with the error message so they can contact their hosting support. Meanwhile, their site will have been deactivated automatically until they contact you that the issue has been corrected, and you can reactivate their account in your "VIEW SITES INFO" link under the "Sites Utilities" heading of your admin section.
