Author/Article Submission
Submitting Author accounts and new Articles to your publishing partners is a daily requirement. There is a sequence tho to
follow that makes things run smoothly and efficiently. Sites that signup for your author & articles get a dump of all your authors and articles first. They then get the new articles that you approve
daily.
Steps #4 and #5 on this page are for your daily article submission. Steps #6 and #7 on this page are for your new sites author/articles dump. If you have no new daily articles to approve, then skip to Step #6 to submit your author/articles to only your new sites. If in Step #1 you see no new sites, then you do not have to submit authors/articles until you do.
Step 1. Under the "Sites Utilities", click on the "VIEW SITES INFO" link. Doing so will show you all the sites that have or attempted to signup for free articles. Remove any that have not completed the signup process by clicking on the Delete Icon. Or, you may choose to wait until the next day to delete these uncompleted sites.
The headings for this page will tell you if a site signup was successful or not. "Y" means yes it was, while "N" means no it wasn't.
Email - The email address of the site.
Sites - The Url to the submission script on that site.
Email Valid? - Whether the site owner verified their email address or not. "Y" for yes, "N" not no.
Test Valid - If the site owner indicated that they received the test author/article, you will see a "Y" for yes, or a "N" for no.
Status - Whether the account is Approved or not.
Auth Dump? This indicates if the site has received the first batch of authors from you yet. "Y" for yes, "N" for no.
Art Dump? - If the site has received the initial batch of all your articles, then this field will show "Y" for yes, otherwise "N" for no.
The other three fields are self explanatory.
Step 2. Clicking on the "Delete All Unapproved Authors" link will remove all the authors that started the signup process, but did not complete it.
Old Sites Sequence
Step 3. Next, click on the "1.) Unapproved Articles 1st" link. This will allow you to view/edit/delete articles submitted by your approved authors. Approved articles will be submitted in Step 5 below.
Skip the Steps #4 & #5 if you had no new articles to Approve in the step #3 above. Go to Step 6. instead.
Step 4. If you approved new articles in step #3 above, click on the "2.) DAILY Author Submit 2nd" link to submit your new authors accounts to your established sites. This will not send existing and approved authors to sites that are new sites and have not already received articles. Only the new authors belonging to the articles you approved above in step 3.
Step 5. Click on the "3.) DAILY Article Submit 3rd" link to submit all your new articles that you approved above to your exisiting sites.
New Sites Author/Articles Dump
This section is only for the sites that have not recieved authors/articles from you already, and your new site signups that have an "N" in both the Auth Dump? and the Art Dump? fields as shown in Step 1. above.
Step 6. Clicking on the "4.) NEW SITES Authors 4th" link will submit a "dump" of all your current approved authors to all the new sites that you have never submitted to in the past.
Step 7. Click on the "5.) NEW SITES Articles 5th" link to submit a "dump" of all your current approved articles to all the new sites that you have never submitted to in the past.
Step 8. You are done with author & article submission for the day!
What happens next?
All your author accounts will be created and articles sent to your list of approved sites. Article Blaster Pro submits this information using fsockopen, and cURL if fsockopen fails. Sites that cannot be connected to using either fsockopen or cURL will be automagically deactivated and an email sent to you and to the site owner. The email will give the reason for the problem, which will give the site owner an opportunity to contact his/her hosting support with the error message, and hopefully, fix the problem.
