The last part of our tutorial on getting free articles concerns submityourarticle.com.
Free Article Services.
You can go directly to the submityourarticle.com signup from your admin section "Free Article Services" block of links.
The Signup Page
You will go to your signin page. If you don't have an account, click on the "Not registered as a publisher? Click here to register as a publisher." link to go to their signup page.
Towards the bottom of that page is
Fill in your personal info to create an new account, then click the "Signup Now" button
Next Page
You will go to this page which notifies you that you must confirm your email to continue. Find the email with the link to confirm your email and continue to logging into your new publisher account, which will give you an option to add your first "node".
First Node
You will see a dropdown menu with "You now need to add your first Publishing Node:" and you can choose Article Directory or Email. Choose "Article Directory".
Once you choose "Article Directory", you will automatically be taken to the options for receiving articles.
Options
First option is "Platform". Choose Article Friendly from the drop down menu. Then enter the www URL to your Article Friendly site in the "URL" field.
No login or password is needed so skip both the "Login" & "Password" fields (leave blank).
Next choose "Plain Text" from the dropdown menu (html is not permitted for secruity reasons), then choose where you want the copyright notice.
After that is the "Maximum number of articles per day" dropdown menu, and finally, the choose whether to allow articles sent from submityourarticle.com to be automatically approved or not. Click the "Next" button.
The Plugin
You have now arrived at the page to download and install the plugin from submityourarticle.com so your site can receive articles from them. Download the plugin and upload it to your Article Friendly site as suggested on that page, and then click the link to verify you have uploaded it correctly. If so, click the save button.
